1. What is included in the regular lawn mowing service
We offer every week and every two weeks lawn mowing service. Our lawn mowing services include mowing the front and back lawn. Line trimming around the house and the obstacles on the lawn with a string trimmer, sidewalk and driveway edging and blowing off the front porch, back porch, and front driveway and the sidewalk.
Note: The shortest height we mow any lawn no matter the frequency is 2.5 inches
2. Here is what is not included in the regular lawn mowing service
Hedge trimming, flower bed weed pulling, leaf removal service and adding mulch in flower beds. Those are additional services that are not part of the regular lawn mowing service and any leaf mulching is accidental.
Lawn Bagging is an additional service. And this service is only available for every week lawn mowing.
Also we don’t use a line trimmer to weed eat the grass growing around the driveway seams or the cracks in the sidewalk or road. Due to rocks flying up and hitting or breaking something which causes a liability issue.
3. Long grass fee
Overgrown lawns 5 inches or taller for bermuda and zoysia grass and for any other lawn type including weeds anything 7 inches or taller will be more for the mowing. And at least 50% off the lawn has to be overgrown in order for it to be more for the mowing.
And we also don’t bag the grass clippings and we don’t haul them off with us but if you wanted that service added if the grass is really tall we can do that as an additional service.
When we mow an overgrown lawn we will try to make it look it’s best sometimes. It will take a few lawn mowing’s in order for the lawn to look better specially if it is really overgrown.
This also applies to clients that skip their lawn service if the crew shows up to mow your property after you have skipped a lawn mowing and the grass is 5 inches or taller for Bermuda and Zoysia grass. And for any other lawn type including weeds if it is 7 inches or taller we will charge more for that mowing.
4. Same day cancellation
We do need a 48 hour business day notice to skip a service for example if your lawn mowing day is thursday we need to be notified by 5pm on tuesday at the latest. But if your lawn mowing day is monday or tuesday we need to be notified the friday before your service week by 5pm at the latest since we don’t have anyone working on the weekends to make the change. And cancellations before the 48 hour notice or same day cancellation will result in a cancellation fee due to us saving you a spot on our schedule.
5. How and when will i be billed
We will charge your credit or debit card on file we charge the card after your lawn has been mowed on your scheduled lawn mowing day or the day after your lawn has been mowed. Depending on what times the crew finishes their route and a receipt will automatically be sent to the email we have on file.
6. Our additional services are listed here
Also we only offer our additional services to our recurring lawn mowing clients. And these services are not part of the regular lawn mowing service. Our additional services are hedge trimming flower bed weed pulling, leaf removal and spreading mulch in flower beds and for the mulch we have to provide it for you clients can’t provide their own mulch.
7. Yearly rate increase
In order to keep up with the rising cost of doing business every year we will automatically raise our prices by 3%. On your lawn mowing and other services to continue giving you the best service possible.
8. We don’t offer refunds on any of our services all sales are final
All sales are final once we have serviced your property for any of theses services here whether it be lawn mowing or hedge trimming mulching flower bed’s, weed pulling, leaf removal services. We don’t do refunds if a service could not be completed due to a dog in the backyard or a locked gate and we could only do a partial service. And since their is manual labor involved we can’t give out refunds or if for some reason you were unhappy with a service provided at your property we don’t do refunds once your property has been serviced the sale is final.
9. I have pets what do I need to know
We ask that all your pets be kept indoors and all gates unlocked on your mow day. Our crews are very careful about closing gates before they leave but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard therefore you are accepting our service with this provision. That lawn care solutions is not responsible for lost or injured pets. And we ask that all pet waste be cleaned up or we will just mow around it.
10. At what time will the crew mow my yard
We mow monday through friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and sometimes later if there is light rain. And it pushes out our schedule and we may use the weekend as make up days.
